Definitions and Scope

Regarding the welcome bonus:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdrk1 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
• A bonus may be claimed once only — multiple claims from the same household, address, or device are not permitted.

VIP program cashback benefits are provided on a weekly basis. The cashback rate varies across four tiers ranging from Bronze to Platinum. bdrk1 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion or bonus at any time.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Results caused by a technical error may be considered void.
• In the event of a disconnection, the outcome will be determined from the most recent game history.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and related deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Account information found to be false or incomplete.
• Order from a court or legal authority.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. If any valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms. This does not apply to accounts closed due to forfeiture.

Limitation of Liability

bdrk1 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection or device issues.
• Games missed due to technical errors or server downtime.
• Issues caused by third-party software or services.

• Financial loss or social impact arising from gaming.
